Shipping policy

Every ORO piece is finished by hand and packed to travel well. Here is what to expect once your order is placed.

Processing

Orders leave our studio within 2–3 business days. Personalised and made-to-order pieces add 5–7 business days before shipping.

United States

• Free standard shipping on orders over $400
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Any expedited options available to your address are shown at checkout

International

We ship within the United States only. For orders outside the U.S., contact us and we'll arrange shipping separately — additional postage applies. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved in five business days, message us through the Contact page and we will chase it down.

Packaging

Sets arrive in a felted case inside a rigid gift box — gift-ready, with no extra wrapping required.
