We want you to love what arrives. If it is not right, here is how we make it right.
14-day returns
Unused pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items should be in their original packaging and in the condition they arrived.
Personalised pieces
Made-to-order and personalised tiles — including hand-painted initials and custom colourways — are final sale, because they are finished specifically for you.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photograph within seven days via the Contact page. We will replace the piece at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Message us from the Contact page with your order number
- We reply within two business days with a return authorisation and label
- Refunds are issued within five business days of the parcel reaching us
